Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Lead Product Owner, Finance Systems to own the systems and workflows powering our global finance organization. This role sits at the center of our finance technology portfolio, with NetSuite as the ERP core, Zip for procurement intake and approvals, Ramp and Brex for spend and card programs, and Metronome for usage-based billing.

You'll shape the roadmap, prioritize demands, and drive changes from discovery through deployment in an agile, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a finance systems professional.
• 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience with global, multi-entity and multi-currency support.
• Experience as product owner/manager in core finance processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels; mentoring peers.
• Ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems autonomously, including international expansion and complex billing.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for core finance processes and the systems that serve them; define target-state design and roadmap.
• Lead the hardest problems with no established pattern, including international expansion and pricing/revenue considerations.
• Develop and maintain a holistic architecture strategy for the finance applications ecosystem.
• Identify manual work and implement automated workflows and integrations.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite and related finance workflows; understand data flows and upstream sources.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and measure impact on time savings.
• Own quality across applications and set best practices with leadership.
