Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a key member of the System Optimization Finance team to execute growth-oriented strategies, including due diligence, valuation, and franchise flips. You will work closely with senior leadership and the franchise community to optimize restaurant economics and support growth of the Wendy's system.

Responsibilities include analyzing P&L, preparing valuation models, due diligence for acquisitions, and supporting franchise transfers and financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance & Accounting) or Economics.
• MBA or CPA preferred with 2+ years of experience.
• Expertise in financial modeling and MS Office applications. High proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to communicate with cross functional users.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes P&L statements, weekly sales and balance sheets with accuracy.
• Prepares detailed valuation models for restaurant acquisitions and divestitures.
• Executes due diligence for acquisitions, franchise flips, and transfers.
• Supports pro forma analysis and financing reviews for franchise transfers.
