Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Lead Product Owner for Finance Systems to own the systems and workflows powering Harvey's finance organization as we scale globally. The role centers on NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome within a high-growth, agile environment, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Security to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will drive roadmaps, design target-state processes, and lead implementations while mentoring peers and driving

Qualifications

7+ years in finance systems
Experience with NetSuite in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup
Ability to own a roadmap from discovery to delivery
Strong communication with stakeholders across orgs
Experience implementing changes and governance in finance systems

Responsibilities

Own one or more core finance processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) and the related systems
Lead complex problems like international expansion and multi-entity currency handling
Develop and maintain an architecture strategy for the finance applications ecosystem
Automate manual processes by configuring workflows and integrations
Own NetSuite and spend/revenue system workflows (Zip, Ramp, Brex, Metronome)
Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities with measurable impact
Ensure quality and governance across applications and SDLC practices
