Job summary
Lovesac is seeking a Manager of Finance Platforms to lead the ongoing evolution of our finance technology stack. You’ll own the Finance Platform roadmap, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Enterprise Technology to drive automation and scale.
This role requires experience with NetSuite and ERP tools, strong requirements gathering, and SOX control knowledge. You’ll coordinate testing, UAT, and release planning, while promoting adoption and documenting processes
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Finance Systems, or ERP-related role.
- Experience supporting financial systems or ERP platforms.
- Understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Finance Platform roadmap and enhancement requests.
- Translate finance needs into clear product requirements for internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and release planning for system changes.
- Support SOX compliance, access reviews, and audit readiness.
- Promote adoption and maintain process documentation.
