Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Finance ERP Senior Analyst to lead the close process and own the Finance ERP product. The role partners with IT and finance teams to implement scalable solutions that support external and statutory reporting.

You will design, maintain, and improve PeopleSoft Finance configurations while prioritizing work in an agile setting. Columbus, OH-based at our Global Home Office; remote work not implied.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Understanding of intercompany and foreign currency accounting, preferably in retail.
• Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills; experience with agile development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage Finance ERP close process and support timely close activities.
• Partner with IT to enhance Finance ERP and ensure accurate general ledger data.
• Serve as product owner for Finance ERP, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Shape future-state design of PeopleSoft Finance and other systems in an Agile environment.
