The role blends financial analysis, process improvement, business analysis, and systems enablement to help the organization maximize value from technology investments, focusing on finance and accounting activities such as reporting, planning, working capital, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with IFS Cloud, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, automation, or AI-enabled business tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and business leaders to improve processes and reporting.
• Help ensure users adopt new processes and tools successfully.
• Focus on Finance and Accounting processes: financial reporting, planning, working capital, payables and receivables, and ERP usage.
• Identify improvement opportunities, document requirements, support solution design and implementation.
