Job summary

Protolabs is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge finance and technology in a hybrid Maple Plain, MN role. You’ll partner with global Finance teams, design enhancements, and implement solutions to boost data visibility and efficiency.

The role requires AX Dynamics expertise, BI and SQL proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. On-site Tue-Thu with flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a commercial business on Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012 R3 or D365 F&O/SCM.
• Experience implementing AX intercompany and direct delivery functionality.
• Proficient with BI tools and SQL queries for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for global finance processes and software changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Document and train users on new functionality and processes.
• Respond to incidents, identify root causes, and drive solutions.
• Assist in planning ERP upgrades or migrations.
• Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics AX according to best practices.
• Become a subject matter expert in Protolabs' global financial systems.
