Job summary

IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to transform Finance analytics, reporting, and automation. The role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, delivering scalable reporting, data quality improvements, and system/process enhancements across planning and reporting tools.

You will lead Power BI reporting, work with OneStream and D365, and partner with Finance, IT, and operations to reduce manual effort and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance/analytics field.
• 5+ years in finance analytics, BI, or finance systems.
• Experience with ERP and planning platforms (OneStream/D365).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting for Finance and leaders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve data flows between source systems and reporting platforms.
• Support Finance transformation initiatives from requirements through deployment.
