Ensign Services, Inc. in California is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our PI team.

This role focuses on end-to-end processes across multiple systems, bridging accounting and technical teams to define clear requirements and workable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong accounting skills, 5+ years in accounting, auditing, or business analysis, and proven ability to map processes, analyze data, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid on-site role at our San Juan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in an accounting, auditing, or business analysis role.
• Strong understanding of accounting information systems (Workday Financials preferred).
• Proficiency with process mapping and data tools (e.g. Visio/Lucid, Excel/Power Query).
• Strong analytical, communication, and process documentation skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory walkthroughs, document end-to-end transaction flows, and analyze business requirements across systems.
• Finance system implementation support: design configurations, document current/future state processes, and validate data conversions.
• Support change management activities including training, communication, adoption, and troubleshooting during hypercare.
• Collaborate with accounting automation developers on design, testing, and change management for Power Platform projects.
• Build trust and foster cross-functional partnerships and perform integration testing / data reconciliations.
