Job summary

RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ESBS) is seeking a Financial System Analyst to join our PMO/Transformation team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative across functional teams, and able to communicate updates on status, risks, and mitigation plans.

The role focuses on documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and supporting system enhancements across RTX, including SAP-related initiatives. A proactive, detail‑oriented candidate will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS, tech, accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years analyzing business processes and gathering requirements.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps.
• Design solutions for non-standard work to meet business needs.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams for mutual understanding.
• Coordinate with ESBS leads for consistent processes.
• Coordinate with SAP, operations, and business process SMEs.
• Lead testing and validation of proposed solutions.
• Assist in training users and providing ongoing support.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist project management with scheduling, resourcing and change management.
