Job summary

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire an in-house Pigment Manager. You will own Pigment end-to-end, lead the build, and shape how the wider business uses it to plan, forecast, and make decisions.

You will deliver integrations and reporting layers, collaborate with Data Engineering to keep Pigment connected to the broader data environment, and explore practical AI use cases across forecasting and automation. Remote (US or Canada) with DOE compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPM experience, with hands-on Pigment involvement.
• Builder background in model development and system delivery.
• Experience with deployments or post-implementation support.

About the Role

As the company shifts its planning and forecasting onto Pigment, this role sits at the center of that transition. You will own the platform end-to-end, lead the build, and shape how the wider business uses it to plan, forecast, and make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Pigment as the in-house platform lead
• Lead model, dashboard, and workflow development, and bring other team members up the curve
• Deliver the integrations and reporting layers that keep planning connected to the rest of the tech stack
• Work with Data Engineering to keep Pigment cleanly connected to the firm's wider data environment
• Turn business needs into scalable technical solutions built for where the firm is heading
• Explore and roll out practical AI use cases across forecasting, automation, and reporting
• Push adoption and performance forward as usage grows across the business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPM experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on Pigment required
• A genuine builder background in model development and system delivery, not purely leadership or client-facing work
• Background in implementations or post-implementation support, with a clear interest in moving into an ownership seat
• Exposure to enterprise planning environments, ideally within professional services

Nice to Have

• Practical experience using AI inside planning tools or EPM workflows
• Pigment certifications
• Strong communicator who can bridge technical detail and business impact
• Location: Remote (US or Canada)
• Total compensation: $190,000 to $240,000 USD DOE
