Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the digital finance transformation, aligning finance, data and technology to modernize systems and deliver real-time insights.

You will work with platforms like Databricks, Workday, TM1 and Power BI to enable AI-powered forecasting, planning and reporting across the enterprise; strong data governance and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• Expertise in Workday and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Strong data modeling and dashboarding skills (SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar AI/data platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation across financial systems, driving automation and scalable architecture.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Architect and maintain multi-dimensional financial data models that support dynamic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Leverage Databricks, Snowflake and other AI platforms to manage large-scale financial data and enable predictive analytics and machine learning.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to deliver real-time insights.
• Conduct systems analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Manage reconciliation processes between Workday, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and other financial subsystems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain documentation and enforce data governance and internal control standards.
