Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands seeks an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to join a hybrid team. You will own ERP modules, govern the close, and drive process improvements. This role reports to the Global Controller and shapes the North America and global footprint.

You will partner with IT and regional finance to strengthen data integrity, automate workflows, and ensure SOX-compliant controls. A strong background in GAAP, cross-functional collaboration, and 10–15+ years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in general ledger, consolidations, and financial systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and global close processes.
• Experience working with IT on system implementations or upgrades.
• Public company or SOX experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of ERP financial modules and close processes across regions.
• Lead system governance, upgrades, and integrations with IT and global finance teams.
• Drive automation, standardization, and data integrity across financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and audit readiness.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to support evolving business needs.
• Support executive reporting through enhanced data structures and tooling.
