Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Boca Raton is seeking a hands-on Manager, Financial Systems to own Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning.

You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Operations to optimize planning, reporting, and controls, lead testing and upgrades, and drive automation. This role offers growth as the company scales through acquisitions across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration and configuration of Workday Financial Management.
• Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.
• Experience implementing/maintaining Adaptive Planning models and reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot configurations, data issues, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday Financial Management.
• Build and maintain Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Operations to align systems with business needs.
• Lead testing, releases, and change management for system enhancements.
• Support acquisitions and data governance initiatives.
