Job summary

Baseten seeks a Finance Systems Lead to own and evolve our finance systems stack, including ERP, planning, HRIS/payroll, CPQ, and commissions. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, People, Sales, and IT to design integrated workflows, drive automation, and ensure data integrity as Baseten scales rapidly in a high-growth tech environment.

You will lead system implementations, manage integrations end-to-end, and work with contractors or vendor CSMs for hands-on configuration while building

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance systems or related roles.
• Experience implementing or administering a financial planning tool.
• Experience integrating systems across finance and adjacent functions like HRIS/payroll or CPQ/commissions.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems strategy, configuration, and roadmap; coordinate with vendors for hands-on configuration.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of finance systems and tools.
• Own end-to-end finance system integrations, ensuring clean data flow between ERP, planning, billing, and other systems.
