Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial systems implementation, analytics, or operational process design.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite during core business hours and travel periodically as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive owner of the company's financial systems architecture, including ERP and related platforms.
• Lead system design, implementation, optimization, and change management across Finance.
• Develop and maintain long-term roadmap for financial system architecture, integrations, enhancements, modernization.
