INSPYR Solutions seeks a Finance Systems Manager to lead and own all aspects of our Finance Systems and data engineering portfolio. The role is hands-on with NetSuite administration, while guiding a small team across the US and Europe to ensure day-to-day operations and close cycles run smoothly.

You will drive acquisition-related data feeds to Salesforce and partner with Accounting and Finance leaders to evolve our architecture and processes, delivering scalable solutions for rapid GTM

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Finance systems role with ownership of systems operations.
• Hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.
• Deep Finance systems and data quality management expertise.
• Experience leading a small team and setting clear expectations.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, Stripe, and data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own operations and technical direction of the Finance systems portfolio with NetSuite at its core.
• Ensure systems reliability during month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, reporting and audits.
• Lead a team of three and streamline end-user support globally.
• Support acquisition work with Salesforce including data feeds from NetSuite.
• Design and evolve Finance systems architecture and processes with cross‑functional partners.
• Prioritize quarterly roadmaps and backlog; drive automation and scaling.
• Develop scalable solutions for GTM initiatives and evolving business needs.
• Configure, integrate, and customize modules; extend platforms with scripting.
• Create and update policies, standards, and procedures.
