Job summary

The Crowd is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager in New York to lead the transition from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint within a mid-sized finance team. This full-time role requires ownership of the project from planning through data migration, testing and launch, with ongoing system stewardship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint implementation, migration or upgrade.
• Strong project accounting, financial reporting and ERP workflow knowledge.
• Experience with data migration, testing, user acceptance and rollout.
• Excellent communication to translate business needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete migration from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint, including planning, design, data transfer, testing and launch.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, PM, IT and external consultants to define requirements and readiness.
• Own long-term Vantagepoint ownership, improving finance, project accounting, CRM, reporting and operations.
• Maintain data integrity, controls, dashboards and documentation; drive automation and process improvements.
