Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking a motivated Financial Systems Intern to gain hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, billing support, data integrity, and process automation. You will contribute to projects, build reports, and improve financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data or a related field.
• Minimum GPA around 3.0 is preferred.
• Active involvement in campus or community activities is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Confidentiality and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist NetSuite administration including user setup and access requests.
• Support billing system operations and accurate invoicing data.
• Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite.
• Perform data imports, updates and cleanup for data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve system-related support tickets.
