• Oversee applications systems analysis, development, feasibility studies, and implementation.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and project hardware/software needs.
• Manage outsourcing contracts and service levels.
• Provide technical guidance for planning and monitoring application systems operations.
• Prepare cost estimates and progress reports for projects.
