ManpowerGroup is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst in the Hunt Valley, MD area. You will assess client processes, document workflows, and define requirements that align to business goals. You’ll support software selection and assist with ERP implementations, coordinating with developers, PMs, system architects, and SMEs to manage changes through go-live.

The role emphasizes change management, testing support, data manipulation, and end-user training within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Experience gathering requirements with business stakeholders.
Experience as BA, Product Owner, or in an Agile team.
Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS and related integrations.
Some accounting understanding and strong written/verbal communication.
