Job summary

Antithesis in Vienna, VA is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to build and run the backbone of our finance function. You’ll own ERP systems, workflows, and controls to ensure close accuracy, reliable data, and scalable processes as we grow.

You’ll partner with finance, engineering, and ops to implement new tools, automate processes, and drive audit readiness while maintaining high ownership of the accounting infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting operations, finance systems, or accounting-adjacent roles.
• CPA preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency configurations.
• Hands-on ERP administration experience (NetSuite or Sage Intacct).

Responsibilities

• Run the scale-up program accounting roadmap and delivery of systems projects.
• Lead global expansion of accounting and finance functions during rapid company growth.
• Design and document accounting workflows, controls, and policies.
• Partner across finance, engineering, and ops to source and implement new tools and processes.
• Drive automation across accounting and finance from operations to reporting.
• Build audit readiness infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in accounting workflows.
