Job summary

Antica Terra is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to partner with the VP of Finance in leading the accounting function and modernizing systems, processes, and reporting. This hands-on leadership role covers close, inventory costing, and internal controls while driving automation and data quality improvements.

You will work across production, inventory, hospitality, and sales to translate financial data into better business decisions and support cross-functional initiatives for ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience are expected.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading the month-end close and inventory/cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate annual financial statement audit and tax compliance.
• Own perpetual inventory accounting and inventory valuation.
• Manage product costing methodologies and inventory controls.
• Improve inventory accuracy with operations across production and fulfillment.
• Develop management reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
