Job summary

Carta is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Developer to drive AI-based enhancements across Europe, the US, and beyond, owning NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe, and related platforms. You will optimize finance workflows, implement automation, and collaborate with Finance, AP, AR and IT teams to elevate data integrity and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in finance systems administration, strong SQL and JavaScript skills, and experience with configurations, permissions, and SuiteScripts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance System administration, configuration, and third-party integrations in complex environments with a focus on NetSuite and Zuora.
• Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, SuiteScripts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definitions, analytics, JavaScript(JS) and script scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to transform accounting processes.
• Estimate, design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Finance Systems to meet the evolving needs of the finance team.
• Partner with internal users and stakeholders, assisting with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper system access for user roles ensuring compliance with segregation of duties.
• Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to Finance users, including training with a focus on superior customer service.
• Monitor end user usage of business systems and track performance.
• Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of business facing applications and troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate and resolve issues.
• Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, system integrity and security.
