Job summary

CareDx, Inc. seeks a Lead Finance Systems Administrator to own NetSuite and related finance platforms, driving governance, integrations, and process improvements across close, procure‑to‑pay, and reporting.

You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure compliant, scalable, and efficient financial systems supporting SOX controls. The role emphasizes vendor management, security, data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize performance and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive NetSuite administration and finance systems experience.
• Experience with Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related finance tools.
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes (close, procure-to-pay, intercompany, consolidations).
• Experience coordinating external consultants/partners and managing ERP projects.
• Public company/SOX environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, governance, and strategic roadmap for NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related finance applications.
• Serve as SME for system architecture, configuration, integrations, security, and support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable finance technology solutions to enable accurate reporting and audit readiness.
• Lead external vendor relationships and manage project delivery, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Support integration efforts during acquisitions and post‑close activities.
