Job summary

Culligan Quench seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge finance processes and technology. You will own requirements, collaborate with finance teams, and guide system improvements across Salesforce, Zuora, and Certinia.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape the finance technology roadmap, ensure data integrity, and drive efficient, compliant financial operations across the Quench application ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting (or relevant experience).
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora Billing & Certinia or other core financial apps.
• Understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax.
• Experience in agile requirements gathering and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements.
• Write functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate on systems design and architecture, including UI design.
• Develop current-state process maps, data modeling and performance metrics.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders; translate needs into solutions.
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and compliant data flow.
• Coordinate training for business partners on systems usage.
• Support project delivery with scope definition and risk mitigation.
