Culligan Quench is seeking a strategic, business-focused technology leader to oversee the enterprise business systems portfolio across Sales, Service, Field Ops, Customer Care, Marketing and Finance. Core platforms include Salesforce, ServiceMax, Certinia, Zuora and related apps supporting Direct and Indirect businesses.

Reporting to the CIO, the Senior Director will drive strategy, roadmap and delivery while partnering with business leaders to ensure investments align with goals and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Business Applications or Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience leading large NetSuite implementations in complex environments.
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise including Sales Cloud and related apps.
• Experience leading Product Owners, Business Analysts and Scrum teams in Agile delivery.
• Strong governance, backlog management, and KPI tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise business applications, with Salesforce serving as a core platform.
• Establish and manage a structured intake process across Sales, Service, Care, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Mature Agile delivery practices, backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, and transparency.
• Lead IT Product Owners, Business Analysts, and teams to drive value delivery and backlog health.
• Partner with executives to align technology investments with business goals and growth.
