Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own and improve our Procure-to-Pay platforms, including configurations and automations. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and drive process improvements.

You will collect requirements, design solutions, test, and support daily operations while exploring AI-enabled enhancements to reduce manual work. This role reports to Finance Systems leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with Finance or business systems.
• Hands-on work configuring or implementing Coupa or similar systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into designs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems, workflows, approvals, and reports.
• Resolve system requests and incidents, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Automate processes and build integrations to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure controls and SOX compliance.
• Plan and deliver projects with clear timelines and stakeholder updates.
