DoorDash is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for the Procure-to-Pay domain to build and optimize back-end configurations and automations across systems like Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree. You will partner with Finance leaders to understand current processes, convert needs into robust designs, and support daily operations while driving efficiency and control.

You will lead efforts to automate manual tasks, ensure SOX compliance, and deliver end-to-end improvements from idea to launch, reporting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with Finance or business systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring or implementing Coupa and related finance tools.
• Translate business needs into designs, requirements, and test plans.
• Automation and AI in Finance workflows experience.

Aufgaben

• Configure and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems, workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports.
• Resolve requests and incidents quickly, find root causes, and implement improvements.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, and others to deliver solutions.
• Build automations and system integrations to improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy.
• Explore AI/applications to relevant workflows and implement ideas from ideation to launch.
• Plan, manage, and execute projects with clear timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Support SOX audits with sound design and change-management practices.
• Learn how Finance systems fit together and contribute to the technology roadmap.
