Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the P2P team. You will build and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems like Coupa, analyze business processes, and implement improvements to automate and integrate workflows across Finance functions.

You will work with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure reliable, secure solutions and support SOX audits, while growing your knowledge of ERP and related systems within a fast-paced, growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems.
• Hands-on work with Coupa or similar procurement systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into designs and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems and integrations.
• Resolve system requests and incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Automate workflows and reduce manual work across Finance systems.
• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, Accounting, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure SOX compliance.
• Plan and manage projects with clear timelines and updates.
