RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Holding Company & Treasury Accounting team to support close processes, reconciliations and intercompany accounting. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams on budgets and forecasts, and assists with SAP projects and system testing.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. This hybrid role is based in Farmington and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree; 2+ years of relevant experience or 6 years without degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel & Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Close month-end activities: post journal entries, OneStream loads, financial analyses.
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable invoices and intercompany recharges.
• Collaborate on annual budget and monthly forecast with cross-functional teams.
• Support SAP projects and system testing for Treasury.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
• Review accounting controls for UK entities with SAO support.
