RTX is hiring a Financial System Analyst to join the Enterprise Services Business Solutions (ESBS) PMO/Transformation team. The role focuses on SAP-enabled financial system enhancements, coordinating with various business units, and delivering solutions that meet complex requirements.

The candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of collaborating across functional teams, with strong communication skills for updates on status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Experience with the implementation, configuration, or support of enterprise software (Solov or similar).
• 5+ years analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating to solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional teams, managing timelines and stakeholder collaboration for deployments.
• 5+ years of business services processes and technical system knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Create business requirements documents, use cases, and process maps.
• Design solutions for non-standard work to meet business needs and drive process changes.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams for mutual understanding.
• Coordinate with SAP and other process SMEs across RTX.
• Lead testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist in training users and providing ongoing support for new systems.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Support project management with scheduling, resourcing, and change activities.
