Qualifications

• Preferred to have a social work or related credential.
• Requires basic PC/databases proficiency and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess associates' barriers to employment at assigned location(s).
• Coordinate with internal resources to address needs and provide budgeting guidance.
• Build rapport with leadership to support job retention and development.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to support personal and professional growth.
• Maintain intake data, service plans, and case notes in accuracy.
