Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Financial & Community Education Coach to deliver engaging workshops and coaching that build financial stability, employment readiness, and digital confidence. You will work with partners across the territory to provide learning opportunities in financial literacy, workforce development, and technology.

Responsibilities include traveling four days weekly, adapting instruction for diverse learners, maintaining documentation, and representing Goodwill at community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education or related field with practical experience.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or training adult learners preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and community-based programming preferred.
• Experience in financial education, workforce development, or associated fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops on financial literacy, employment readiness, and digital skills.
• Provide individualized coaching to help participants set goals and action plans.
• Deliver programming at community partners, schools, shelters, and Goodwill sites.
• Travel four days per week across the service territory for sessions and events.
• Build relationships with community partners to expand opportunities.
• Adapt curricula for diverse learners and update materials as needed.
