Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals or families with low incomes.
• Passion for impacting lives and helping clients achieve goals.
• Ability to coach and mentor to reach challenging outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial coaching sessions in person or by phone on topics like income growth, credit, debt, savings, and asset building.
• Help clients set goals and define action plans for short and long-term objectives.
• Support clients by brainstorming solutions and connecting them with resources.
• Identify and connect clients with resources to meet short-term needs and enable progress toward long-term goals.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with data privacy policies.
