Job summary

SellCord is seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Finance to lead the financial function across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and treasury. You will own capital strategy, banking relationships, and cross-functional planning with executive leadership to scale the business on Walmart Marketplace.

You will build scalable processes, oversee a distributed finance team, and drive transaction diligence, integration, and governance. Remote-friendly, with NY/AR locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading finance functions from scratch.
• Proven ability to deliver board-ready reporting and investor updates.
• Strong cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and integrated financial models.
• Prepare lender-ready reports and materials for debt/financing.
• Oversee banking relations, covenant compliance and financing processes.
• Analyze profitability by client, service line, geography, and channel.
