Job summary

SellCord is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Finance to lead the financial function in Bentonville. You will report to the CEO, own the financial strategy, and build scalable planning, reporting and controls across our growing Walmart Marketplace business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Ability to build financial processes from scratch and create accountability in evolving environments.
• Experience with QuickBooks; HubSpot or CRM-to-accounting integrations preferred.
• Experience preparing executive, board, lender or investor reporting.
• Experience securing or managing bank debt or private credit.
• Experience in a growing services business with recurring revenue and international operations.
• Strong financial-modeling and FP&A capabilities with integrated projections.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and integrated financial models for revenue, cash flow and balance sheet.
• Prepare lender-ready reporting and materials for debt or equity financing.
• Partner with CEO on capital strategy and financing options.
• Develop relationships with banks and financing partners and ensure covenant compliance.
• Analyze profitability by client/service/channel to guide pricing and investment decisions.
• Build scenario models for hiring, expansion, acquisitions and other investments.
• Support acquisitions, financial diligence and post-merger integration.
• Establish monthly board-quality reporting, KPIs and cash forecasts.
• Prepare for audits and potential future transactions; act as primary advisor to CEO.
• Own billing processes and ensure revenue is captured accurately and on time.
• Optimize QuickBooks and HubSpot data flow between sales and finance.
• Lead cash flow management, forecasting and business planning.
• Support corporate structure planning with CEO and external advisors.
• Establish financial controls and cross-functional alignment.
