Job summary

Peace Out Inc. is seeking a hands-on VP Finance to strengthen the company’s financial foundation and forecasting discipline. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will lead budgeting, cash flow management and cross-functional partnership across wholesale, Amazon and DTC.

You will build scalable financial infrastructure, partner with leadership on pricing and margins, and drive governance across multi-channel operations in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance/FP&A for consumer brands or CPG.
• Experience with inventory-driven, omnichannel businesses.
• Strong FP&A, cash flow and working capital skills.
• Experience in high-growth, founder-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital optimization.
• Support lender compliance, reporting for ABL facility.
• Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, tax support and audits.
• Develop reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards.
• Build financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Support board materials and investor reporting.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, margin analysis and inventory planning.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and financial discipline.
• Build scalable financial systems and controls for growth.
