zeb consulting is hiring in the United States for roles supporting financial services clients. You will engage in organizational and process topics within customer projects, acting as a (sub-)project manager or business analyst from analysis to implementation.

You will analyze business and technical aspects and present findings in a structured, management-oriented way. You can contribute ideas, assume responsibility rapidly, and participate in innovations, recruiting, and university marketing

Qualifications

• University degree in CS, BI, business admin or mathematics.
• Strong initiative and analytical, results‑oriented mindset.
• Customer- and team-oriented with ability to work openly on analytical challenges.
• German at C1, English at B2 or higher; willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Join customer projects focused on organizational and process topics within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
• Support as sub-project manager or business analyst from analysis to implementation.
• Analyze customer needs and both business and technical requirements, presenting findings clearly.
• Contribute ideas, take responsibility quickly, and engage in innovations, recruitment, and university marketing.
