Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Director of Finance & Business Performance to lead the rebuild of the finance function across multiple locations. This remote role demands hands-on leadership to protect cash, payroll, and compliance while turning finance into a real-time driver of decisions.

You’ll own finance operations, reporting, budgets, rolling forecasts, and profitability by location, brand, channel, and product. There is potential to mentor a successor and expand responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally at CFO level.
• Track record improving profitability, forecasting, and cash management.
• Strong commercial instincts — pricing, unit economics, investment analysis.
• Advanced, hands-on use of AI and modern finance tools.
• Professional finance/accounting qualification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete finance function through a hands-on transition.
• Build accurate, controlled financial reporting and protect cash and payroll.
• Own budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash planning.
• Make profitability visible by location, brand, channel, and product.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and investment decisions with real business cases.
• Redesign the finance team's structure, systems, and controls — and eventually build your own successor.
