Zohorecruit is seeking a highly driven Financial Analyst to partner with the CEO and leadership team in a fully remote, full-time role. The position focuses on transforming complex financial data into actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.

You will develop financial models, monitor KPIs, oversee financial accounting and reporting, and optimize processes using Excel and QuickBooks. Strong communication with executives and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial management.
• Experience in full cycle accounting, reconciliations, reporting and close processes.
• Strong foundation in Financial Accounting and Reporting within a growth-oriented organization.
• Proven ability with QuickBooks and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO delivering high-impact analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate financial data into executive-ready insights that drive performance, scalability, and sustainable growth.
• Develop financial models to support investment decisions, operational initiatives, and long-term planning.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced financial and operational analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate business health and guide leadership decisions.
• Oversee financial accounting, reporting activities, and executive-level dashboards.
