Job summary

Truist is seeking a skilled finance professional to drive strategic financial analysis and forecast development within its Technology, Data, and Operations Finance team. You will act as a consultant on high-impact decisions surrounding profitability, pricing, and investment opportunities, while leading forecasts and the annual plan.

You will mentor analysts, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity and GAAP compliance as you influence key business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience with complex financial analysis
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong communication and presentation of financial analysis to business partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership skills and teamwork in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic business consultant to supported lines of business.
Lead performance evaluations and prepare executive-level financial insights.
Own development of short- and long-term forecasts and the annual financial plan.
Provide financial guidance for new product development, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Mentor analysts and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
