• Organize work to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Windows.

• Process for Wire transfer/ACH: review first cost matches to Import PO system, resolve invoice discrepancy, create packing list, and build payments in system.
• Review service invoice for freight, commission and royalty charges are paid correctly based on first cost payment; compile and process upload files.
• Maintain good relationships through communications with internal partners and external vendors.
• Ensure daily transactions are processed accurately in accordance with established guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Research invoice exceptions and adjust voucher accordingly in related systems; refer complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Individual must be self-directed, but also be able to work as a team member.
• Process for LC/OA: review first cost matches to Import PO system and resolve routine invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor Payments, PO issuances, and amendments in Finance and Bank systems.

About the Role:

As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of letters of credit, open account or wire transfer invoice transactions related to company established policies and controls. You will be accountable for logging and tracking payments and escalating discrepancies per procedures to the International Finance Manager. You will work with internal partners and external vendors to clear routine issues related to invoice payments and shipments of import goods, and support International Finance functions to obtain department goals and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process for Wire transfer/ACH: Review first cost matches to Import PO system, resolve invoice discrepancy, create packing list, and build payments in system.

Additional Details:

• Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Hybrid work model. One day a week of onsite work.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
