Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a fully onsite role in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will handle daily payment processing, balance accuracy, and support across departments in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year AR experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and can manage 30-60 transactions daily while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience processing ACH and/or credit card transactions.
• Previous accounts receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, processing 30-60 transactions daily.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH payments through the online payment system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Enter payment information from checks, emails, and other sources into company systems.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and payment-related inquiries.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Navigate multiple software programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
