Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is launching an Operations Rotational Career Development Program at its Global Headquarters. The program develops essential competencies through cross-functional rotations across Johnsonville operations, enabling participants to test career paths and prepare for future leadership roles.

You will rotate through Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing areas such as Harvest, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering, while earning a Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by Spring 2027 required.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Prior manufacturing/operations internship experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5 rotations over 24 months across cross-functional areas.
• Exposure to Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing (including Harvest), FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering.
• Complete a Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Placed into a Johnsonville role based on strengths and business needs after program.

Operations Rotational Career Development Program (Finance)

Position Overview

Johnsonville is a leading food manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing facilities across various locations. As a member of our Rotational Career Development Program, you will break boundaries by developing and leveraging competencies from a variety of cross-functional experiences across Johnsonville operations team. This rare opportunity allows you to test drive the right career path for you and establish yourself as a future leader at Johnsonville. The E2E Operations Team will be vested in your engagement and development.

Responsibilities

While this program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete 5 rotations over a 24-month period, being exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus. Some potential rotations include Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing including Harvest, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, or other possible areas.

Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional areas' value and impact across Johnsonville. During the program, you will complete a Lean Six Sigma certification.

At the successful conclusion of the career development program, participants will be placed in a Johnsonville role based on the participant's strengths and the needs of the business.

• Travel: About 15-20% of your time (Ability to travel and willingness to relocate is required)
