Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC invites applications for the Operations Rotational Career Development Program. You’ll complete five rotations over 24 months across cross-functional areas including Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FSQ, Maintenance and Engineering.

Participants earn Lean Six Sigma certification and are considered for placement in a Johnsonville role based on strengths and business needs. Travel about 15–20%; a Bachelor’s degree is required by Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by Spring 2027 required.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Prior manufacturing/operations internship experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5 rotations over 24 months across cross-functional areas.
• Earn Lean Six Sigma certification during the program.
• Placement in a Johnsonville role after completion based on strengths and business needs.
