Job summary

Clarios in Milwaukee is seeking motivated undergraduate seniors for a 3-year Finance Rotational Program. The program includes three 12-month rotations: operations at a US plant, commercial finance in Glendale, WI, and global finance also in Glendale.

Participants receive career development planning, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders, with a pathway to a full-time role. Open to seniors graduating December 2026 or May 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another quantitative field is required.
• Must commit to the 3-year program, including one 12-month rotation at a Clarios facility in Glendale, WI.
• Leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internships.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and presentations.
• Execute timely and accurate preparation of all accounting/financial documents.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement changes as directed by management.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and related ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Assist with forecasting and strategic plan efforts.
• Compile and review forecasting results from regions; resolve unusual trends.
• Maintain back-up/support for key assumptions.
