Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking candidates for its Finance Rotational Program (FRP), a three-year, three-rotation track across manufacturing, division, and corporate. The program emphasizes learning, mentoring, and leadership skills while contributing to the finance function.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with mobility within the United States for annual rotations and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, and/or Finance or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Desire to obtain certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.).
• Six Sigma Green/Black belt a plus.
• Introductory knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages (SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Power Pivot, Visual Basic/macros, Python).
• PeopleSoft and/or SAP experience desired.
• Cost accounting/manufacturing experience desired.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational program across manufacturing, division, and corporate.
• Learn and experience a variety of finance roles.
• Receive mentoring from top leaders and coaching during rotations.
• Develop leadership and dashboard reporting capabilities.
• Be mobile within the U.S. for annual rotations.
