Amcor is seeking high-potential graduates to join the North America Finance Rotational Program in Wisconsin. Over 18 to 24 months, participants complete three rotations in Commercial Finance, Plant Finance and General Accounting to build expertise in pricing, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

You'll receive mentorship, hands-on experience with business leaders, and opportunities to influence strategic decisions while developing leadership and analytical skills in a global packaging company.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and working with financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational assignments across Finance areas.
• Gain exposure to Commercial Finance, Plant Finance and General Accounting.
• Support financial analysis, reporting and business partnering activities.
