Job summary

Johnsonville is launching a Rotational Career Development Program in Wisconsin to build competencies across Finance and cross-functional areas. Participants will complete up to five rotations over 24 months, gaining exposure to cost, compliance, FP&A, and Commercial Finance, with potential outside-Finance rotations in Operations, R&D, or Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 is required.
• Prior related internship experience is required.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to five rotations over a 24-month period across cross-functional Finance and other areas.
• Explore cost, compliance, FP&A, and Commercial Finance within Finance.
• Potential rotations outside Finance include Operations, R&D, Marketing, or other functions.
• At program conclusion, be placed in a finance role based on business needs and strengths.
